Until Apple has a standardized first-party controller that they include with their hardware, they aren’t going to make any inroads here.

IMO, Apple should buy Nintendo and work together to create a dedicated gaming phone that makes sense. If Apple wants to meaningfully break into gaming, it’s a match made in heaven.

Those things are literally just garden variety electrical resistance meters. If you have a multimeter at home, you already have a very fancy version of CoS E-Meter. I don’t think any part of the DMCA applies to these in either word or spirit.

PS+ is already a pretty poor value proposition. While I always claim the monthly games (and why do we need to manually claim them to begin with) I can’t tell you a single time I ever installed or played one. They’re always C-tier dreck. Unless they include new first party releases in there, it’s just not worth it.

what the Constitution has to say

It’s only the first half or so of Wool. They added a LOT of padding and stuff that wasn’t in the book to stretch it out. I’m guessing season 2 will focus on the uprising that ***’s cleaning causes.

I’m going to be honest, here: “someone has to go get a physical thing because it’s not available digitally” is a problem that can and SHOULD be solved.

a very good trilogy written by the author’s son, Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson (who is an outstanding SciFi author)

I also have a Series S (though it’s mostly used by the kids) and I am neither surprised nor upset by this. Split-screen requires significant amount of extra power to pull off, and it’s obvious that a weaker system isn’t just going to be limited by resolution but any other feature that increases CPU or GPU load... like

So what you are saying is: we need a public insurance option.

“Rogue One” doesn’t have the word “Empire” in its title!

Same. I’m in LA (the valley, to be specific) and there’s one Dominos and a BUNCH of local places. The local places range from meh to AMAZING, but even the most meh of the local options are better than Dominos.

Netflix needs to cancel this. Wait a year or two and just start over, preferably with show runners and writers who actually care about the source material.

For quick and easy coffee I’m going to stick with my Spinn, thanks. No pods, no trash, no Nestle affiliation, any beans you want, and ridiculously diverse and versatile brew options (it can even do a surprisingly convincing nitro cold brew... without nitro).

OpenAI’s obsession with “safety” has made the entire product worse. Much worse.

I signed up, played around with it for a day or two, saw the nazis start to trickle in, and then immediately left and deleted the app.

I’m in #1. I love how it looks like a 1980s spaceship... a DeLorean Truck, even. It’s ugly, but in a very endearing way.

I also cancelled my preorder when it became clear that Musk was just another alt-right terrorist, and I will have nothing to do with him or any company he is involved with. Tesla’s reputation also

This has nothing whatsoever to do with AI. Is all technology “AI” now? Did you type this on your AI-book? Did you publish this to your AI-log via the AI-net? God, this is like my parents calling every gaming systema Nintendo” in the 80s and 90s.

While all of this might be true, it does ignore the fact that even when CoD was exclusive to Battle.net, it was still available to anyone who owned a PC.

No matter how much you dislike the DNC or disagree with specific platform issues, deciding to deliberately join a terrorist organization like the GOP instead just makes you another terrorist.

Don’t forget that Home Depot is a massive donor for right-wing terrorists. Consider taking your business pretty much ANYWHERE else.
