I was already opposed to ME3 because of the Origin exclusivity at the time, but I probably would have been swayed if the reception was positive. But this was what I heard instead - that none of my ME1 or ME2 choices actually mattered... that everything got retconned and ultimately the conclusion didn’t matter either.
