I, for one, will gobble up both the Hellraiser movie AND the Hellraiser TV show. Seeing competing visions of the same IP is going to be fun.

So I watched the special to see what the fuss is about, and while defending JK Rowling’s statements felt uncomfortable and uninformed (she did NOT just have a quote taken out of context, she is militantly, actively, and vocally anti-trans)... the rest of it felt like it’s the exact OPPOSITE of how I see articles like

In the books, Seldon died on Trantor before the ship even left. This isn’t a huge departure, especially if they reveal in the next episode that he discovered that the presence of a Psychohistorian on Terminus would destroy the Sheldon Plan, which is also a point made in the books.

I wasn’t entirely surprised by the ending, but only if they are doing what I think they are doing (p.s. I did read the original trilogy way back in high school, so my memory of it is murky and not terribly precious).

Speaking as someone who suffers from tinnitus, which is much worse when things are “quiet”, this is a godsend.
