Late to this, but this:

I am insanely late to this party, but I just finished the season and am looking back over the recaps — Sun is actually explicitly shown unwrapping a tampon right when Lito starts complaining about his bloating/stomachache. It's like a half a second shot, though.

This episode felt a little less focused than some to me, but as I scroll through the comments I remember how incredible the one-liners still are and start laughing again. Richard T. John Splett is an absolute gift. The casting department hit it out of the park with that guy.

"Of course the episode neglected the fact that accessing medical records is a federal crime in America too."

I don't find it unbelievable at all that he said those things — I find the way he said them, the way the scene wrapped, and the way he reacted completely unbelievable. I also just think that it's deeply shitty from a writing/emotional payoff standpoint to write an entire season-long love story where one character

Hear fucking hear!

I hated it like I have not hated an episode of television in quite some time. I hated it so much that I may very well ragequit the entire show. I'm running out the door or I'd come up with an original comment but instead I'll just copy and paste the rant I already posted at HitFix:

" Now, we've got a family of self-absorbed sociopaths, none of whom even
give half a damn about the people they ostensibly care about."

You're not alone. I completely lost it when that song came on. "What? That's REAL?"

Late to this, but we actually did see Martha coming up with the mail robot thing on her own, or at least noticing the lack of security.

Daniel was the lost Cylon, but Word of God claims that he's not and was never meant to be Starbuck's dad.

Late to this but it is genuinely much, much better now.

I also have very thick lashes (although not "permanent eyeliner" levels) and it's true, I get smudges on them from my lashes all the time.

Look how BLUE it is!

Agreed — I thought his "you're my best friend too" was the single best line he's had in his entire run.

I was really pleased by the ending sting, because when he abandoned it in the beginning my first thought was, "Dude, I know SO MANY NERDS who would play that game."

Late to this discussion, but I just watched it and my impression was that she genuinely did intend to go out and party, and then got as far as the mirror and just thought, "F*ck it all."
