Here’s what you’re referencing:
You can’t deny though, kinda shady how Sean Murray went from saying how you can see other players (see Sean Murray’s interview on Stephen Colbert’s show), to a kinda vague what the multiplayer isn’t (the “What Do You Do In No Man’s Sky?” post) right before the game’s launch on PS4, to finally stating the game isn’t…
While this really suck, and I really don’t intend to sound mean or condescending, the problem is bigger than you and everyone who enjoyed using PokeVision. PokeVision, and other third party tracking services/bots, were overloading Niantic’s bandwidth and causing the game to crash for millions more other people. While…
They are reinvesting in more bandwidth, but that’s being taken up again when they launch in more countries. So either Niantic stops their already planned launch schedules, or cut-off third and first party services, which allows them to have smoother launches. Throwing more money at things like that becomes an even…
The problem with what you’re saying is that you talk about it as if everyone thinks like you do. You have to remember that the majority of the people using PokeVision aren’t as tech-savvy as you. So yes, while you wouldn’t HAVE to push the query button because tons of others did for you, many people DID (one guy at my…
Whether or not PokeVision made a net income after server fees, it doesn’t change the fact that what they did is illegal. Not only did they break TOS, but also made money doing it.
That’s because the game isn’t in full release... notice there are no v 1.0 patches, just v 0.1.1 (or something like that). It’s similar to how Minecraft wasn’t officially “released” until November 2011, even though it had be out for a few years prior. For all tense and purposes, Pokemon GO is still in Beta.
Well to start, Niantic and Nintendo are not the same company. Niantic is a indie developer that doesn’t that the same resources as Nintendo. Second, coding for companion apps is a task in of itself. With the game’s current state, I don’t think put any resources towards companion apps is worthwhile, it just going to…
I dunno if you read my theory, but I think it would explain why the Three Eyed Raven seems to know so much about the future and what’s to come. Here’s the short version... Three Eyed Raven is Bran from a future where the White Walkers win; he is also the Lord of Light. To me, that explains why the Lord of Light is…
I actually think Bran = Three Eyed Raven = The Lord of Light. I think the Three Eyed Raven is a Bran from the future where the White Walkers takeover, and he’s trying to change events in the past to make the White Walkers win. The thing to note is that it was the Three Eyed Raven who took Bran to the moment when…
I actually have a theory on that.
So where does that leave PT? Being a free game, it would fall under the same category as “purchased game”. For those who don’t know, at least in the US, even something given out freely is considered a “purchased item”; this is due to “purchasing” simply being the last step in a transaction, which is simply an…
It’s not so much that DKS2 was horrible, more that it wasn’t good. Enemies/Bosses were pretty much the same, level design was uninspiring (and felt more annoying than anything else), and character builds felt very skewed towards one being clearly better than the other (regardless of playstyle).
I think you’ll like DKS3. Without spoiling anything, it definitely uses Bloodbourne’s design as a reference.
It’s not so much they planned on telling everyone to not stream the game anymore, but that there was a lot of backlash from fans who had things in the game spoiled for them. I think Bandai Namco just didn’t understand how competitive the western market for content creation/streaming is. In a market where you’re…
I can definitely confirm that the game is ready-to-go. I, being a huge fan of the Souls & Bloodbourne games (I even kinda liked DKS2), couldn’t wait for the game to release in the USA, so I did the trick where I buy the game from Microsoft Japan’s servers, using a VPN, then download in on my home Xbone in the USA…
Yeah... I think the whole idea that gamers aren’t willing to shell out $600+ for hardware is bollocks. What I do think the problem Occulus Rift is going to have is poor PR. Seems to me that when companies are straight with people, consumers don’t mind putting up the money. But when consumers feel tricked or like…
