Along those lines, Gary Cohen’s double “outta here” is revered because it only happens maybe once a year. I can’t imagine getting one this season.

The community theatre question should go to Ask A Manager. That comment section would be great.
I think crying when your team loses a championship is also acceptable, especially if it’s the first time you’ve seen them in the championship game/round.
City Museum is worthwhile.
One of my friends has been to one baseball game in his life. It was Derek Lowe’s no-hitter. He claims he didn’t know it was a big deal until the end. He just thought baseball crowds were always like that.
There’ve only been 2 album sets that I’ve liked - and I loved both. One was Girls Against Boys saying at the start “We thought it’d be fun to play Venus Luxure No. 1 Baby tonight. Hope you’re all cool with that.” That wasn’t advertised ahead of time and everyone loved it. The other was Mercury Rev playing Deserter’s…
I work out in the mornings at my company’s gym. Lots of cologne going around there at 8am. I’m mid-30s and have never worn cologne aside from placating my mother when she bought some for me in the late 90s.
I have a client who pulls this nonsense. I email them and within two minutes my phone is ringing. Even explaining that I emailed them because I need a written response doesn’t work.
It’s $5 for everyone. My Ventra is per-use and it’s been taking it off for a few years now.
El fare from O’Hare has been $5 for a while.
Yeah, we’ve heard this a few times before and it’s never gone anywhere. Upgrading Blue line trains to include some (a little?) luggage storage would be the dream, but I can’t see CTA sacrificing space for that.
Freeman has been better against LHP this season than RHP. And he’s owned Blevins over his career. I can see that by Googling “Freddie Freeman” and clicking on the first link. I have no idea why Callaway doesn’t know that.
One of the singles on this show was a woman who went to my high school. My hometown has a population of about 5,000 people. So her being on the show was a front-page story for the town’s weekly newspaper. And yet, as I recall, the only quote from her was something like “I didn’t know what I was getting into. I don’t…
In one interview with the showrunners, they said they had “American Pie” as a placeholder in that sequence until very late. Then someone rightfully hated it for the scene and “With or Without You” was brought up. But U2 waited until the last minute to approve it. Knowing the alternative, I’ll take the U2 any day.
This is why I never watch previews and even fast-forwarded through commercials for other FX shows during the week. Can’t be too careful...
I read the headline and thought, “Oh, I’m in a similar situation.” But this blows my thing out of the water.
So glad Luis Guzman’s character’s fascination with magic was mentioned. That’s such a funny scene with him on the ground getting cuffed and asking about the trick, then banging into the wall on the way out.
Botswana.
Methinks we’re saving one last glimpse of our beloved mail carrier for the series finale.
But did he really keep his mouth shut? I read that call with him saying Paige was part of the church but Philip and Elizabeth weren’t as sort of a code.
