Forza and GT are actually not the MOST realistic racing games you can play. iRacing takes 3D laser scans of real life tracks and has a hyperrealistic physics engine as well as realistic gameplay(100+ lap races sometimes)
Its smart from a development standpoint. Next gen consoles are basically PCs, so they can create the pc version and then modify it to run on xbone and ps4. If they made a ps3 or 360 version they would have to code it for their unique architectures and deal with the technological limitations of the old hardware
If this is supposed to be a mmo like game that constantly evolves over the years, how about you ditch ps3/360 and focus on xbone/ps4/pc?

Yes it does. As more and more developers use dx11, win 8 will provide a consistent performance advantage. When vista launched, few games benefitted until dx10 became the norm
idiot. First off, ps4 offers second screen experiences through its playstation app on iOS, android, and vita. Second the vita has plenty of games, ranging from AAA titles to small indie games and there are dozens more on the way. The Vita is worth $200 alone and the ps4 remote play only adds to that value.

Ps4 and xbone both have 64 player maps, comma rose, and commander mode. The only reason to buy the pc version is for better graphics. There is no longer a significant gameplay disadvantage

Yes, the hard drive can read game data much faster than the disc drive can. You'll see less popup, faster loading times, and hear less noise
