You couldn’t be more wrong. The kind of people who buy these trucks couldn’t care less if their partner has a fulfilling orgasm. Or any orgasm. If there’s a compensatory element to the purchase, it’s stemming from their own deep-seated fears of emasculation and impotence. Things that affect them, in other words.

The perfect lifestyle for idiots that think their current Raptor doesn’t call them out as BIG ENOUGH assholes already.

Yet they’ll still bitch about gas prices because, you know, “Biden”.

I’d venture to say 70% will be bought by affluent bro types and will see less than 3k miles per year. The other 30% will be repo’d in 1 to 2 years and will be pretty affordable since we’ll be in a recession by then. Not sure I’d want to buy one of those 30% though, they’ll probably be hammered on. Even now, I hardly

ah yes single digit fuel economy just in time for $10 a gallon gas. but dont worry youll be able to finance this for 96 mo at 9% after the upcoming rate hike. throw on the dealer markup and im sure this is a $150k truck no one will be able to afford to drive

I think my concept of pricing hasn’t changed since 2008 or so. A new, midsize car should be like $25,000 and a house should be like $250k.

Oh i am very aware of what an Escalade costs. It is also a too heavy, gigantic pig. Yeah, if my choice is a full size Toyota SUV or one from GM obviously im picking the Toyota.

But it is a TRD Pro! /s

What. The. Fuck.

Another giant pig of a vehicle thatll run 70k+ for any higher trim models. Just nuts.

If you can get it under $60k, it’s a hell of a deal.

There’s something profoundly ironic about naming a vehicle getting fuel economy in the low teens after the one of the oldest and largest life forms being destroyed by climate change.

The ultimate example

Le freak, c’est chic

So we’ll have the Lyriq, the Celestiq, followed by the Magnifiq, le Mystiq. Maybe they’re going for that Rustiq look, but everyone’s a Critiq...I’m sorry.

Today I learned that shooting brake == 2 doors.  I did not know that.

I saw an EQS for the first time in the wild the other day. Pretty sharp-looking car, and definitely a little better than how it looks in the pictures.

They would sell the absolute hell out of an EV Maverick.

I have the same advice for anyone with a sports car trading down to a Prius.

Someone already put the Bob Seger music to it. My joke to it was that Chevrolet instantly rebooted the “Like a Rock” sales campaign and signed Bob Seger to a 5-year contract!  ;) https://fb.watch/bZQUxFnSyM/
