They could go for the nuclear option regarding the filibuster for SCOTUS, as there aren’t enough GOP senators to avoid one. That’s a scary thought, but HRC would’ve had to do the same thing even if Dems took the Senate, so that was probably never going to see the next decade anyway.

I’m ready for Dems in congress to just go full Tea Party. No attempts at governing, just obstruct whatever the opposing party is trying to do and hope you get rewarded come midterms because they’re in charge now and then everything can be blamed on the GOP. Why not?
