Three posts about Tebow in a 24-hour period. The first of which, hilariously, complaining about all the attention Tebow gets. When a commenter doesn’t like a post on here, the universal Deadspin response is “just don’t click on it then.” So, if you don’t like this Tebow stunt, stop fucking writing about it.

These posts analyzing Westbrook’s MVP chances by comparing him to Kawhi epitomize the strawman. Kawhi put everyone into a tizzy this weekend, and he is awesome, but his MVP case is (comparatively) weak.

Yeah but only 9 assists... (Only half joking, he’s about to fall off the pace. First time since early in the season I would bet that he DOESN’T do the triple-double)

Don’t you need five of something for a bingo?

    Then make the joke, lazy.

I don’t know why people are giving you a hard time. It seems like it would be a great feature, if you could filter out certain subs or cross-posts when you go to the main page of any of the GMG blogs.

Getting rid of Casspi in the trade is a benefit for the Kings. I know you know how the salary cap works...

A airplane? In the first paragraph? Jesus Christ you guys.

Hot take: Harden is having at least an equally good season. Harden is at 29.2 ppg, 11.3 apg, and 8.3 rpg. Triple-doubles are cool, but let’s not pretend they’re not ultimately arbitrary. Harden is 2 points and 2 rebounds behind Russ, but has more assists, and his team is locked into the 3-seed in the West. If they

“Gorilla” would be SO overtly and aggressively racist that it makes me think he must have actually been meaning “guerilla.” I mean I’ve never heard of the guy, but if he’s the type of dude that would call black people gorillas on live TV, you would think someone may have noticed that he’s a shithead far far sooner.

More people need to know how irrelevant the statute is. Trump supporters point to the statute as his authority to take the action he did. The court’s ruling focused on solely constitutional issues. That’s because it doesn’t fucking matter if the statute allows you to do something, if the constitution says you’re not

For the love of god stop calling it a charge

    Thanks, Abby

The fuck? You were dunking as a 7th grader? (Or, trying to)

I thought Barkley (believe it or not) actually stumbled onto a good point here. Lebron is probably right that the Cavs needed to do more to improve the team. But  if you’re Carmelo or Russell Westbrook, you’re thinking the guy who has Love, Irving, and Thompson on his team should shut the fuck up about not having

If you don’t need a bag and don’t care about seat selection, fly Spirit and save money. If you need to bring bags and insist on an aisle seat, fly (say) United, and save money vs. doing those things on Spirit. This isn’t difficult.

Best part of that highlight reel is Musberger exclaiming that Kentucky took the lead after Monk tied it. In fairness, he probably thought it was a 3, rather than losing track of the score. Regardless, hilarious that he basically blew the most important call in his last game.

I’ll be honest, if I was a college kid and a major newspaper wanted to send me to a game and give me a byline, I’d pay them. But whatever fuck Darren Rovell

Is there any statistical indication that “clutch” is actually a thing? He’s first in points and second in assists during clutch time. But he’s also first in points and second in assists overall.

I’m guessing she may have heard “crappy” instead of “scrappy,” which would indeed be overtly rude.
