True Crime Garage is pretty good. It avoids the overly-light sort of tone I disliked on MFM and the morning radio vibe I got from Last Podcast on the Left. The True Crime Garage guys seem affable and are clearly friends who like to drink beer and talk crime. They maintain a laid-back but respectful tone but don't tend

Off to the moloko bar and then some of the old ultraviolence, I guess.

The Indigo girls?

Beautifully said.

I hope the show has great success—I strongly believe we need shows like this. But that was the end for me. That being said, they did indeed do a great job depicting a horrifying event with painful realism. Very well done.

I was torn between 'can't watch, must be sick' and wanting to watch so I could enjoy the hilarity. The silent dance scene was perfect.

I for one hope we can Make America Punch Again.

He'll probably end up with a cabinet position, or maybe an ambassadorship.

Frith on a bridge, 2016! Enough with you!

Like LotR, it's happy in some ways, sad in others, at times melancholy, at times inspiring, always beautiful. It's an epic tale. There are heroes, and deaths, and great friendships, and terrible enemies, and even 'giant eagles' of a sort. Read it, and I think you will be glad you did.

I also loved that the Three Wise Gems arrived bearing gifts for the baby.

I married an Aussie, go me! All I have to do is give up my beloved house, get rid of most of the stuff I own, leave my widowed mother here alone, and pay $10,000 or so for my visa! So, yay, I guess. Luckily Australia is pretty great, so there's that. They have Tim Tams.

We really could use him these days. He's like the anti-Trump.

It's funny, because I was just thinking about this the other day. I would love to see Fred Rogers' take on this show. I think he would be pleased to see that children's television can reach for a higher standard. Then tonight's episode came on, and I was sure of it. I can really imagine him gently speaking about

As a Texan, I consider this a documentary, and I swear I am related to so many of these people.
