Oh absolutely I will keep playing! It'll just have to be in short bursts.
Actually, I know I just said that there should always be a motion-sickness tester, but judging from the comments I found, people seem to get motion sick on different games.
It's so weird, in fact, that I would love if there was a scientific study

Anything specific you're after?

That's fantastic that you're enjoying it so much! Your recommendation really makes me want to play actually.

Lemon Green tea, please destroy my cold!

I arrived here from the Slings and Arrows reviews - a pretty good place to start. And I've stayed, well, mostly for the comments - in particular the Gameological section, which is lovely. Not to discount the articles either, the ones on Gameological are consistently great.
Also, snarky reviews of stuff I'd never

'The Whole Truth' does sound like it had a neat premise. Would be nice to see it used to its full potential in something else.

Love the looped "I can't move these chairs out of the way" panel! *plays Pokemon wall-bumping noise on repeat*

Pretty sure I remember John punching Sherlock in the second season of Sherlock. Of course, that wasn't the ending. Maybe it should have been, though.

Thanks. I do understand that, but my main concern is that the series has a lot of high-energy actiony shenanigans going on, whereas the book was more contemplative.

I know this is a late reply, but I feel compelled to point out that the twist for the remake of Life on Mars was that it was in fact set on Mars.
I think that probably ends up in the pantheon of the worst twists of all time.

Do you have a link? I'd be interested to hear what he has to say.

Yeah, there's a lot of cute little touches - if you walk in circles a bit, the player character does a little pirouette! And apparently if you stutter-step, he stumbles a bit. Love all these little movement touches and stuff.

A full 3/5 of the comments were about Konami's decline. Pretty crazy.

"But where Adams’ book was a meticulously crafted pocket watch… Landis’ show feels big and messy."
At about this point I gave up on ever getting a proper adaptation that captures exactly what makes the book perhaps my favourite book.
Despite that, the rest of the review leaves me interested in what the show is as

Harry Enfield played him in the radio adaptations (which I've not yet been able to find). I think he fits the image quite well, but, you know, it's radio so that doesn't quite matter anyway.

Huh, seems like I missed some really interesting comments in the Mafia 3 thread! Maybe I'll go through the comments again.
Big week for gaming news in lots of ways! The most important news, of course, is Pokemon Sun/Moon's Alolan Dugtrio. Exclusive gif here:

:p

I could have sworn there was some kind of rule that meant actors couldn't replace the director or something? Or is this a different situation somehow?

The first moments of the demo were great - it really felt like the games had finally broken free of the "grid", and the character animations were nice and… well, characterful.
But I quickly got bored with the actual gameplay bits. There's not much to do in the demo - not many different opponents, not much exploring,

The Divinity: Original Sin co-op I mentioned last week went ahead, and was very good fun. I enjoyed the combat a fair bit, and we enjoyed working together to progress things. The first town is so big though, it's overwhelming. I found the writing quite lively and interesting to read, even though I found the dialogue

BOB-OMB BLAST!
