Good idea. Sony seem to be one of rare companies that is largely investing in SP AAA games those days. HZD, Uncharted, Last of Us, incoming LoU 2 and Detroit, are only some of PS4 exclusives that are alone worth of buying PS4

Kirk, Can you tell me when exactly you started this expansion. As I see you are wearing the shieldveawer armor. That should be very close to the main quest end, and I was having an impression that with such an armor you are practically invincible.
She was taken to the sarcophagus room, judging by that huge casket there, and dead Klingons laying around. So, L’Rell may dispatch Cornwell to the Discovery in sarcophagus. I do not believe they would dedicate so much of the valuable time to the admiral, simply to kill her...
You are not the only one, son of Mogh ;)
Also, Klingons sound better now than in the pilot. I guess, once you have more time to practice, you do it better. Like any other language.
Looks gorgeous! Oh, is that fabled glass sarcophagus of Alexander the Great?
15 years of difference. Stunning. I cannot even fathom what we will play in 15 years... holodeck simulation of Omaha landing?
Also, not to nitpick, and I am not sure if the game starts with D-day landing. But MOH AA started in North Africa, then visited Norway, and only then brought us to Normandy. What a fine game.…
Trendacosta giving an ok review for DSC. Is apocalypse coming?
Also it is “gormagander”. Pay more attention next time.
Not a bad music, but I must say, if this is what was an alternative, it is good we got Russo.
SP, at least as AAA titles are concerned are in bad position. The only company that is greatly investing in them is Sony, but only for PS4
Hopefully, others will follow soon, as this monetization thing is killing the gaming
So people will learn something useful from this one... excellent.
What I find infuriating? Your by now already unhealthy obsession with Discovery. We all know you are hating it... and that’s your right... but your announcements urbi et orbi how much you hate this show, is by not becoming very tiresome. Do yourself a favor and stop watching it... and watch something you do like. It…

This is how a proper Trek fan (and a prolific Trek novels author) makes a review. A person who unlike the author of this “review” knows his Trek. Sapienti sat
Whitebrook, you are objective and unbiased. Why you are not the one who is writing reviews. Instead the responsibility is given to someone who obviously does not like (actually, someone who openly hates) Discovery...
Io9 need to change the reviewer. ASAP. At this point it is starting to be glaringly obvious that Trendacosta is ultra-biased towards Discovery. And a golden rule of the reviews is, be objective.
DISCO got renewed! Which was to be expected but still...
On an episode of X (insert any non-history show here), which airs on the History Channel for some reason..
Maybe SoW is bleakest work set in LotR era, but it is definitely not bleaker than Silmarillion
I was thinking mainly about Stamets who risked death to save an intelligent being from certain death. if that is not selfless sacrifice, I do not know what it is. And that was pure Trek
I’m sure Ireland is enjoying your artistic point of view...
It looks all DSC to you? It actually does if one read this review. But what you forgot to mention, Zack, is tardigrade scene at the end. That was so optimistic and so Trek. Even in war, where darkness threatens to envelop everything, there is hope. There are people who would confront this, and usher us to the new,…
