I’m glad you asked, I was wondering this myself after seeing the poster. I looked real close at the headlight arrangement, at the chrome bezel surround with the subtly rounded corners. And I thought "my god. . . IS THAT AN AMC EAGLE WAGON?!?!"

$6,350. I have owned six cars in the span of 15 years which is a little less than half my life. The most recent one waa given to me for free. Yeehaw 🤠
If the ignition switch isn’t a button inside the circle in the middle of the grille, they missed a huge opportunity.
I’d only be screwed long-term by a lack of parts availability, but zoowee mama 1989 was a good year for me and cars
This is one of the best comments I’ve ever seen on this site. I wish I could give you a wheelbarrow full of stars and also my number.
I was also gonna suggest Brunhilde. It’s a wonderful name, robust and elegant. Just like a big baby blue truck I suppose.
It *should* be but I think the key thing here - correct me if I’m wrong - is that the brown manual wagons are, at least 99% of the time, not also Vegas.
God shut the fuck up you insufferable meatsack. Video games are a form of entertainment that came with the advent of computer technology, that’s it. They are no different from movies or books or music or any other form of artistic stimulation. I played video games as a kid AND went outside and played with Hot Wheels…
I bought NFS: Hot Pursuit 2 a few months ago and I’ve been on a loooong video game nostalgia trip since then. One of the things I looked forward to the most was driving the Z8. It’s not even the best car in its grouping but I don’t care.
I gotta agree with ya on that one, never liked that sealed beam design mich myself.
good lord the Ford Edge headlights on this thing are killing me right now 😂
These late 80s/early 90s Pontiac wheels have always done it for me for some reason, I really like how the deep dish ones look on other cars
So is it then reasonable to assume that all US-built gen 5 CR-Vs could be referred to as “the 7-FART-6" model?
This just looks like a current Grand Theft Auto vehicle.
Southern Minnesota is a hell of a place to grow up I tells ya. This is one of my favorite local traditions, just the pinnacle of "excuse me what is this yee-yee bullshit"
You must be real fun at parties.
I don’t hate this, I actually think much of it is quite handsome. A little generic and indicative of the era, yeah, but the proportions are good. The flat beltline into the rear fender hump is the most obvious callback to the 550 and I really like that. Taillights weren’t doing it for me at first but I see now what…
I don’t think $6k is a nice price per se, but it’s not too far out of the park and damnit I like this truck too much to vote against it. I’d be hard pressed to find any Jeep of this era that isn’t already a frankentruck around here anyway. I don’t even mind the Pokemon headliner, I’d keep it for giggles until I got…
Uh yeah? He’s one of the most notably private artists in hip hop. Understandably so.
I was already struggling to get around the look of their hexagonal truck nose being awkwardly smashed on there, even more so now that I know it used to look this good.
