Whoa. I live in Mankato, Minnesota. Never really expected to come here and see a story about something that happened in my hometown o.O

Doesn't quite look good on everything, but almost everything.
Ford Mustang. I've never been a brand loyalist but I've always had a fondness for Fords, ever since my dad first told me the story of the '66 fastback he bought brand new, drove it for 2 weeks and then got rear-ended and had to total it. Most of my Hot Wheels as a child were Mustangs. I could live with that every day.…
Just when I had given up on you for cheating on the woman you wrote all those love songs for, you go and do something like this. And TOTALLY REDEEM YOURSELF!
As far as cars I intended to keep, I had a 1996 Mercury Sable that I bought for $700. That little bastard got me through 2 and a half years, I can't remember how much I put into it for parts but it wasn't more than the purchase price. Also earned me a $1400 insurance check for a low-speed car accident in which someone…
Disco Volante?
El Camino anyone? My lust for a nice NA Miata or a Countach is just about equal to how badly I want a ratty El Camino on black Nascar steels and a half-primer paintjob.
I wish I could have a proper answer to this question but I really don't. I've lived in Minnesota my whole life, and my birthday is in January so you can bet all your bottom dollars that my driver's test took place in below-zero temperatures. I just wait until the first big snowfall hits and then drive to work, and by…
Still don't know if it counts as a commercial vehicle, but I've had a long-standing obsession with the idea of modifying an older Cadillac hearse. I used to see one around town with a perfectly lowered stance, 18-inch Daytons, VIP-style interior with window curtains and all, I'll be damned if it wasn't the coolest…
Whoa, didn't expect to see this one posted :x This is the only Treasure Hunt car I've ever been able to find and I still have it, still in the box.
Hell yes. I bought two of them, one of which will stay in the box forever.
I want to say "pretty muhfuckin' baller" but I just can't. Although, that's probably because I live in Minnesota and am used to regularly seeing bros with popped collars driving V6 Mustang convertibles top-down in this weather, which is almost enough to make one hate convertibles altogether.
Good news, I liked it well enough to hope for a second season. It's pretty good but it needs another generation of refinement. Much like the Hyundai Genesis coupe :x
I was 11 when the M Coupe debuted, I immediately bought a poster of one and stuck it on my wall right in between the framed Countach print and the Hakosuka Skyline poster. Literally every single friend that hung out in my room said "what the fuck is that?!". It always put a smile on my face, even then I could tell it…
@WOT: Gah. I knew somebody was gonna beat me to that comment.
Awesome. The only Transformers toy I ever owned was the Red Alert figure. It somehow survived endless toy battles and abuse for four years or so, then I lost it. Of all the toys I lost when I was a kid, that might be the only one I ever really wanted back.
Looks very SVT Raptor-inspired. Me likey, very much.
*must resist impulse to just pick the Stratos*
@cubsftw: Exactly what I thought. I kinda like the way it looks but at the same time, it looks more like a kit car than anything I'd expect to see coming out of the MB factory.
My only goal is to get a new car. Not just that though, I want to get a car that's fun to drive, relatively quick, and actually worth personalizing. Right now I have a '96 Sable that I trust to last me through this winter and that's about it. My previous cars were a '91 Dodge Spirit and an '89 Pontiac Lemans (hooray…
