If you squint from a few feet away, that looks pretty convincing!

What are you plotting, old man?

First or not, that's still memorabilia.

LOL I'll never fall asleep laughing this loud!

It's the first sold console of a highly anticipated new console generation. I'd imagine that's worth something in some collector circles.

Nice catch! I think you might be right. Though the Banderas gif, it seems, has already made its mark on the internet.

When you step off of the mainstream internet for even just a week, amazing things are missed. I'm so glad I stayed up to watch this :P

Thank you! I am so behind the internet these days.

Anyone have a reference image of that "Antonio Banderas" pose he was doing when he was handed the box?

Doe!

I thought the guy's laugh was funny too, but that little old lady just rips on him at the end!

Is that a magnetic barcode sticker like the ones you find in books?

Gives me a 'Dante's Inferno' vibe to it.

Right? Backwards compatibility ftw!

I ended up picking up a trilogy edition (for an amazing price for 3 games) for the PS3 at Gamestop. By the time I discovered that the Wii U only offered the 3rd installment I was already pretty happy.

LOL it's okay, I always wanted to be the first to mention the Wii U in a Playstation-Xbox article and incite somewhat of a flame war—even if it was with good intentions.

That picture is totally missing a comma.

Actually it came with a new power adapter, so the brick that powered the Wii would not work on the Wii U. The sensor bar and the AV cables are the only thing that are the same.

Woah that sucks to hear, but I'm glad you were still able to console yourself with a secondary input.

Bwahaha! It's actually pretty fun to play. I only put in maybe 2-3 hours of gameplay a week if I'm lucky, and it supports my old library of Wii games.
