I believe that's the old Wacom 21UX Cintiq. I don't know if they still sell them anymore, but the 22HDs (that's what I'm using) are pretty good. And if you're running Windows 8, the 22HD Touch might work out really well for you.

In high school we used a grocery cart as an improvised bobsled. At the bottom of the hill there was a bit of a dip before the field leveled out, so as soon as you'd make it to the bottom of the slope the cart's front wheels would get caught in the ditch, and you'd be catapulted out of the cart.
