If ham or cheese were used as adjectives, you might be right. But they're not. It can be hard to figure out which adjective goes with which noun(s) in a complex sentence, and it might not be obvious to someone who doesn't know what a porterhouse is

They'll suck at gaming, but if all you want is a tiny PC that's good at everything else, Zotac has some nice little machines in a similar form factor. I use one as a NAS and media server. Or Intel NUCs, but why pay $100 more for the same specs.
