I believe you heard right. I’ve been doing track days there for a couple years now, and I have never heard of the entire oval track being used in recent years.

I know cars have gotten larger, but the new F-type looks huge even by modern roadster standards when seen in real life. Sexy, no doubt. But huge.

Came here to say this. What a beautiful plane! I love the tandem seating layout too.
I would add one more piece of advice: learn how to wrench on a motorcycle. Everything is easier, cheaper, and much more accessible. My Ninja 250 prepared me for the repair work I now do on my Miata.
