"Not coming" stateside...strip club. Nice.

I've also killed my car battery by forgetting to take it out. The Scantool.net scanners are a lot more expensive ($60 apiece) but they will go into sleep mode once the ignition is shut off and prevent battery drain. That feature was worth the price premium for me. I was also paranoid about wearing out the OBD input

God that's a beautiful NA.

Wrong. Everyday IS track day. Only difference is that my fellow commuters aren't aware of it.

No need to trade in your current Miata for the Recaro seats. There are some pretty decent aftermarket seats for NC if that's what you're looking for. Sure, they don't look as stock as the Recaros, but they offer much better support than the stock seats we get in the States.

I track my NC Miata occasionally. Any ideas on how to get the on-center slop out of the steering rack?

The APC from Aliens. This thing was badass.

There are some cars with design cues that grow on me with time. This rear end is not among them.

One of my favorite things to do at car shows is work the gear lever to see how it feels. <yes, I live dangerously> Your description of the Abarth's shifter is supremely accurate. If rifle bolt precision and feel is the benchmark for shifters, Abarth completely failed. The Miata shifter on the other hand...pure joy.

Nice looking ride. I have an NC that I absolutely love, but that doesn't stop me from lusting after an NA.

It is gorgeous.

Couldn't agree more. This concept has hit my lust centers like nothing else in recent memory. I think the last time I was this wowed was when the 918 was revealed for the first time.

You're right to begin that statement with an apologetic tone.

Hrithik Roshan has 6 fingers (2 thumbs) on his right hand. Apparently it's an auspicious sign in India. I think they edit his hand in some movies to make it look normal.

Pretty much the opposite of the featured Porsche. The mighty Hayabusa engine in a namby-pamby Smart Car. Sacrilege aside, I would hoon the hell out of it.

Cute, petite, low maintenance, and always fun!

Well put. And I agree. I wouldn't be able to afford motorsports without my Miata. BTW which track is this? Looks awesome. Love all the elevation changes.

Small, curvy, convertible. Must be a girl's car!

This ad is so cringe-worthy. Everything from the cliche mother-in-law jokes to the stereotypical dad with a baseball glove. GAG!

Or how 'rewarding' it is to drive. Interesting that it's an Old German word because I always thought it sounded Japanese.
