It all sounds very nice, but I can tell you are not it’s target customer.

In fact, it’s one of the best looking 7 Series models the company has ever built.”

First? This is literally their 4th or 5th fully-electric crossover

Damn straight! Now, let me bitch about gas prices even while i swear up and down that there is nothing more important than free markets and capitalism*

I too, prefer to shop for my weekly veggies at a market around the Asteroid Belt.

Sadly, not enough for my daily runs to the grocery store. EVs just not good enough.

I think it’s more like “Well it’s time to replace my aging car, since I am going to be in the market anyway I would prefer an EV.”

As they say, the problem with dumb people is that they don’t realize how dumb they are.

This is pretty obvious I would have thought. New Peugeots are gorgeous. They have fantastic interiors, drive pretty well and from what I understand don’t seem to be as... well French when it comes to not breaking down.

e-2008, 3008 Hybrid, 508 Hybrid, 5008 SUV. All very attractive styling. Stellantis has ability to fill the Chrysler product line in short order if they choose to. Rebadging makes sense in this case.

When many vehicles are using batteries and motors from the same suppliers, reliability becomes less of a factor and

But oof, what a name. This would be a good example of leveraging brand recognition to sell a new EV. Just call it the Rav-E. Or E-Rav. Who cares if it’s not even the same platform as the Rav-4. Use the name, sell the cars. (Just don’t pull a ford and try to call it the Supra-E).

The big thing here, though, is that the bZ4X isn’t exactly offering anything that’s going to make it stand out from the pack”

No, the privilege was that they got out from under the mandate to operate passenger trains themselves in exchange for letting the government do it on their right-of-way — much of which was originally constructed with government subsidies. Now, as usual, they want to privatize the profits and get out of providing any

Where do you think those private railways got the land for their rights of way in the first place? They got the land from grants from the federal government.
