Yeah it’s a ton of content for just the base game (though do keep in mind, you will have to unlock most characters through gameplay; it takes about 2-ish days of playing to unlock them all). The DLC characters really do feel like ad-ons and not like a piece of an incomplete game, like a lot of games love doing right

“His livelihood was comprimised”

Clarification: 71 of the characters, as well as 103 of the playable stages *don’t* cost money. Which is already significantly more characters than in any previous game. It’s only the DLC characters that cost extra.

And meanwhile, Sqaure Enix probably said “AH WE ALREADY GAVE YOU OUR CHARACTER AND NOW YOU WANT SONGS TOO? Fine. Take 2 so the 3ds can do that alternate song function with the l button that you have. Aren’t we generous?”

Any word on release date or Switch compatibility?

I’m done looking at gatchas as games and now refer to them as addictions. I have a few, but the satisfaction i get from them comes exclusively from getting good pulls as gameplay becomes secondary. It’s about as “fun” as my addiction to sugar, which is to say, satisfying at the moment, but ultimately empty and deeply

After playing the game, I can say that I 100% like the new motion controls. So long as I have my re-center button handy, it me mouse-like precision aiming, much more precise than the controller’s broad strokes. When used in tandem, using the controller for the broader, wider motions, and the motion controls to

Weirdly enough, this is an upgrade for me. I’ve played Overwatch on a crappy business-model laptop for years now, on low, with bad fps, and mediocre internet (The game is crazy-well optimized for crappy computers btw). I’m talking about, can’t play hitscan characters because I literally can’t see enemies in the

Say, as a Final Fantasy XIV player, how would one describe WoW to me?

Tracer really only has two abilities that translate well into the B moves”

Well this is bad news for my top pick. If Nintendo had already taken a character, there is no way Kaplan wouldn’t be under an NDA. And since Sakurai seems to his hands tied to only using characters that were come up with early on (as happened with Rex) I don’t think they’re approaching new people with ideas for DLC

This looks like it will be the best way to play Link’s Awakening and absolutely no other game.

Alternatively, if they say “Part 1” people might think it’s just a short burst of gameplay, like “Life is Stange Part 1”. They might not know it’s a full game.

I think a *lot* more egregious is the fact that all tracks have characters that give you an edge in gameplay (your character will get three item boxes while someone with New Donk Mario will get 3). We can go home guys it’s a pay-to-win.

Wow! I can’t wait to see what the full cosplay ends up looking like!

I think it’s weird that so much of the marketing around the game is about the Shadowbringers content (races and jobs nonwithstanding) when it takes 575 main story quests to get there. I love this game, but months in I’m not even close to Shadowbringers (jsut finished Heavensward) and someone going in because they saw

I disagree, I like the music, however you’re entitled to your opinion.

Hola!

As a Latino, I can corroborate that I have never heard it used in Mexico

The RAE, Real Academia Española, which is the authority on the Spanish language, does not recognize the word “Latinx”. The word “Latinos” is used as a collective for either a group of Latin American men or a group containing men and women. It can also have a feminine form in “La comunidad latinoamericana”, meaning
