Holy shit, that George Clooney joke was straight up brilliant.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that I think it's shitty and unacceptable for anyone to leave their kids behind.
Cold enough for fur stole. Not too cold for open knees. Gotcha.
I think it shows! Interestingly, Betty is much hated but she should be a sympathetic character as I see it. Her character is utterly brilliant.
And it features amazing women who not only do not need help from men, but often save them from many a jam. Melinda May is my favorite.
YES. Jesus, I've yet to see a show from ANY era that has done a better job at showing the minefields women navigate at work. Absolutely there are plenty of shows that gloss over the horrible sexism and shitty attitudes of earlier times (Downton Abbey is just one example) but leave Mad Men out of it.
i am so excited to watch this. i will have to find a stream

Knope.
Where's the lady who keeps going on about her "lawyer husband :)" because she's got to be excited as all fuck to tell us about how often she's going to frequent this baby lifestyle site
Speaking specifically to criminal justice, Mexico is more or less a failed state. The government (fed or local) is one of two things: willfully corrupt, or well-meaning but powerless against organized crime. And the widespread disappearances/murders of women is one of the many arms of organized crime. (Sprinkle in a…
