He’s basically the Incredible Hulk minus the Hulk.

I still use this line from time to time. Sadly, most people don’t get it anymore. Your average millennial was still in elementary school when this movie came out.

There’s virtually no chance she’s talking about someone else. The timeline matches up, the vague description (of what could only be a very small handful of people in the entire world) matches up, and there aren’t any other apparent candidates.

How many other people in that age bracket have gone from podcaster to nerd

I thought he was a decent host on @midnight. Granted, that show focuses mostly on the panel of comedians, but it was still quite watchable.

That’s because it is exactly what happened. Doc and Jackson were apparently confused as to how many episodes they were making (All This and Gargantua-2 counted against their total unexpectedly) so the season is 2 episodes short.

It doesn’t sound like drunk abuse to me, the story sounds a lot more like someone who is really into the BDSM/GOR lifestyle and wants their SO to be a piece of fuckmeat instead of a living breathing person. That’s a lifestyle, not some demon that comes out when you hit the sauce.

I read a story a few years ago about a land mine clearing robot that was built like a centipede and had a complex computer algorithm to basically step on every possible place in a field looking for a landmine. The legs were designed to be cheap and easy to replace. Anyway, the people get it working and set up a

How could you talk about putting this in that Boston Dynamics dog robot and not mention the Black Mirror episode? You are slipping AVClub.

If that line had made it into the movie it would have greatly improved it.

Wasn’t Rob Schneider fucking with the robot in the climatic battle?

I watched the Stallone Dread again a few months ago and despite it taking a huge dump on the comic character I thought it did alright, save for one thing: Rob Schneider. He’s relentlessly obnoxious and never has particularly good comic payoff.

I think

You’re making him sound like a hipster 30 years ahead of his time.

Wasn’t he hitting on the defense lawyer in pretty much every episode? That’s textbook harassment and a hostile work environment. I’ll take your word that he never raped anybody (especially since this is TV), but he’s still problematic.

It didn’t feel so bad because as I recall the defense attorney always had a

That sounds on-point with her whole on-screen persona.

It seems like she was asleep at the wheel if the First Order with its Empire-sized space navy, countless clone troopers, and Death Star 3.0 could emerge seemingly without interference.

It’s pretty safe to say that Lucas’s plans would have been a hot mess, but I am kind of curious what he was planning to do to finish the series.

You missed out?

I like the implication that he should have typed “malware cleaner” instead of just “malware”. Google gave him exactly what he asked for.

Maybe your score is the average of everyone who has ever rated you weighted by their own score, but each person’s score in there is the average of what they’ve rated you.

Because they were having genuine fun. Something nobody else had in the entire episode. Even the cosplay nerds going to a convention that should have been having a blast were instead pulling pop quizzes to shun the normie.

You basically had her move from Facebook to Reddit’s /r/gonewild section, farming upvotes from lonely nerds with pictures of her butthole.
