For better or for worse, Deadpool is a comedic take on the subject, and as such, often verges on satire. The Punisher is not usually so introspective. The fact that killing “bad guys” is so divorced from the reality of what it takes to stop crime gives his series a dissonance that is hard to recover from.

The big reason I’m worried we’ll never get She-Hulk is because doing her justice is going to crazy on the effects budget, and Marvel seems a bit ashamed of putting her in the movies that have that budget. Hopefully if Ragnarok does well there’ll be room for exploring some more Hulk-related plots

Sure, but even the best OEMs have to deal with carrier interference, and are still slower than Apple is or Microsoft was. I heavily prefer Android, but this is by far their biggest weakness, and it’s super frustrating that it’s taking them so long to solve it.
