Free 2 Play always ends up with some sort of paywall within in. I've spent more money playing F2P mmorpg's than I otherwise would have if the game just had a standard subscription fee and all the content was available in game.

I don't think Google's purchase of Youtube is in any way comparable to Oculus Rift. For one, Youtube was already a juggernaut with mainstream appeal when it was bought and, with Google's activities on making free content/software to use for everyone (maps, docs, etc) the purchase of Youtube made sense.
Sad still so young... . That Players Handbook cover is just iconic and long became a part of pop culture in the geeky side of the world.
Bull shit your 8 year old did that.
I love how this article pokes fun at the domestic homicide...I'm sure if the husband had killed the wife this author would have kept the same tone right?
Predator: Concrete Jungle. Mediocre game, but I loved the hell out of it, simply because it was a stand-alone Predator game.

3) Both are true until until someone opens the box.
Well...he is a podiatrist running what amounts to a socio/psychological experiment with a really small test group.
I shall be following Owen's old schedule, Saturday - Wednesday. On Thursday and Friday I just sit at my desk refreshing the site, feeling helpless.
To those saying "good", consider the following:
Really? I can understand him perfectly. It's clear he's worked hard on proper enunciation and isn't mumble mouthing anything.
An Oculus VR game about therapeutic shark-punching: Well, I guess the shark punching is only therapeutic if you need it to be. Here's a goofy trailer for Shark Punch, a collaboration between Chaotic Moon and game studio Team Chaos. It's currently only playable at South by Southwest, but maybe one day, we'll all get to…
The negative backlash against this game is coming...just was delayed a few months. It's a terrible game (speaking of single-player). I reviewed it with a 3.5/10.
No, not preachy. That was very good and is pretty much what I believe. I was very... animated in my opinion when I wrote what I did. It IS super frustrating to me, because I've seen those attitudes in real life and I know they hurt how people perceive certain groups. (I was PR of our college's LGBTA and would actively…
I just like being able to get more of a taste than a trailer provides. As well as making sure my machine can run it full-tilt... (Which it can!) So I'm content as long beta version can at least make it to the actual game...which this can't when the servers are cocked up, heh.
While I agree with what you're saying, I think for many of us the more vexing issue is that EA seems to have learned literally nothing from every Battlefield beta and launch since BF2. (And no one else seems to have, for that matter.) During beta, everything's fucked? Yeah, okay. But you 'fix' it and then the same…
I don't think we notice/realize how much free time we actually have when we're young, and when we move on to the adult world and have to work, commute, run errands, etc., that's the point we finally notice how much time some games really take. The only way to make the grinding bearable is to keep it interesting in…
Anyone else feel like a complete shit when you're talking to Anderson in the beginning? I mean, he's fighting a losing war of attrition amidst an urban hellscape and here I am...subletting a Citadel fuckpalace that he had stashed away?
