If someone wants to buy a game used then chances are they don't want a game enough to buy it new. I'm sure this isn't the case in every instance...something you should qualify your arguments with. The less apt a man is to make declarative statements the less likely he is to look foolish in retrospect.

A used game started as a new game. They made their money off of it. A used game sale is not a lost new game sale because most people that buy used games would never buy the game new. They waited for it to be used. If they were that interested in buying the game they would have bought it new in the first place.
