Operating a business in the public sphere means you agree to comply with anti-discrimination laws. Nobody forced the business owners to do that.

I understand that men commit more violent crime against women than vica versa, but if i said the same thing about blacks and whites then i’d be a racist? I’m having a hard time telling what’s acceptable anymore.

Women are more afraid in general, which is why women fear assault more than men, even though men are far more likely to experience it. And women fear internet harassment more, even though again, men are far more likely to experience it.

So a known mentally ill man is given custody of a child over a mother who was fleeing violence and who did not understand her rights and did not have them explained to her, so that she could defend herself in court?
