If memory serves: This automated manual transmission has a very short clutch life. As in ~15k miles and, as with anything Italian, hang on to your wallet every time you roll into the dealer.
And if Uber's policy was 1995 or newer, somewhere someone would be shaking their fist in the sky that the 1989 Towncar they drive is in pristine condition and should meet standards. One has to draw the line somewhere.

In 2004 I purchased an 00 Tundra, Limited 4x4, leather, loaded with 12k miles. It had been owned by someone's grandmother and still has a few scratches from some of her less than perfect parking lot incidents.

I design infrastructure for large scale developments for a living. Every new project incorporates car charging, including parking lots for retail/ office space. You may not need to charge at home, more so with a long range vehicle like Model S.
