I pass through Oakland daily on my commute. There is an inordinate amount of debris from modified cars—not to mention cars abandoned with three custom wheels attached.

I would think there is a good market out there for a dead reliable small truck. It should get close to 30MPG in base 2WD/ short cab form. It should have 140HP minimum. ABS and traction control to keep the idiots from doing inadvertent 360's when conditions are less than ideal. All for less than $14k.
