I actually sought out seat time in minivans prior to my first lemons race in a u-body minivan. This guy must be my spirit guide.

If they’re doing their homework, investors are going to look at how all of the big three handle the next downturn. As sales drop they will have to pivot and restructure to survive the lean years. I think wall street is just waiting to see if this is GM getting away with gimmicky marketing or if they’re actually being…
I went over there with my dad a few years back and had a lot of the same experiences. You might have had a few of these as well:
Did you really have to make it a conflict with F1 at COTA?
The GT was never supposed to be a performance variant, it was just the upscale model. A performance variant SRT4 was probably planned or at least discussed. I own a well optioned GT and it’s no sports car, but it is a very comfortable cruiser that’s roomier than it has any right to be at it’s size.
So I put brakes on your brakes so you can brake while you break.
BOP: Transparent race fixing.
The bottom of the power stroke is when the piston is only halfway down? Man I don’t understand engines at all...
I’m kind of disappointed in this video. Not because it’s him passing slower cars, because that is still quite challenging. But rather because it doesn’t show how he made any of it happen, just the moment he goes by. When he passes somebody in the braking zone on the inside line, I want to see how he made the corner…
I think you need to look up the word evocative. And then test drive anything with a dodge 6.4L. If you can say you don’t feel something when you drive one of these cars, I’ll eat my keyboard.
Americans have an irrational fear of merging. The reason that we are incapable of waiting to merge is because the majority of people aren’t comfortable with merging into a tight spot, especially at speed. This is multiplied in rural areas where people aren’t used to congestion. I learned to drive on the DC beltway…
I thought it was 5th that you use to sinc up the gears. That’s what works for me on my truck with the same shifter pattern as what is shown. do both work?
If it’s an unmanned ship it would only have to distinguish between pirates and fishes.
I have to ask, did they repave turn 11? When I was there in April it still had a nasty bump right at the apex that felt like it could unsettle a house.
You clearly haven’t worked in the auto industry; everybody in Detroit is day drinking.
I just traveled to France via Switzerland for Le Mans, and I was shocked at the fact that France’s border with Switzerland isn’t really guarded. I mean, there are guards there, but they don’t make you stop at all. They don’t check your passport, they don’t even note if there’s more than one person coming into the car.
It’s a good move, but I can’t say it earns too much respect from me. Seeing more government mandated recalls would surprise me more given that automakers must realize by now that it’s better not to wait for the government to spank you.
Since I assume we’re talking about manufacturers taking remote odo readings, I think the biggest issue is disclosure. It seems to me that any purchase should have an agreement spelled out if the manufacturer wants to access any data. That is to say, if I sign a purchase agreement for a car, I should own all of the…
This is nonsense. It’s heartbreaking to see a team going through the effort that they do to eek out an advantage, only to have there advantage decimated by BoP. The Corvettes have done an amazing job and had by far the best sound of the GTE Pro cars, which made it really fun to cheer for them when they went by. But…
