At what point do you say fuck it and keep the car out there? I mean if the drivers butt dyno is saying there isnt a problem and the sensor is just a few PSI off, then why continue to pull the car in to swap a tire. After the first pit, someone should have checked the PSI of the tire taken off. It would then be obvious…
But as the above comment said, they are OK at everything. Fuel economy is better than a bof full size suv, off road capability is better than a car which has none. Rear cargo space is better than a sedan or a hatch. No one cares driving dynamics outside of enthusiasts but they aren't notably worse than a cheap car…

It’s not so much hate as recognizing a disingenuous reaction from Hamilton. I don’t so much care that he called for the penalty, it just seems like he’s playing a part to avoid as much blowback as possible.
While probably not feasible for many reasons including spectating and length, I’d like to see tracks built into the actual natural features of the landscape. Almost like a rally stage but made into a loop and meant for F1 cars.

IMHO they should put one in the Bos-Wash corridor (update Watkins Glen?) and one in California, which is the hub of American car culture these days. Laguna Seca would be an epic race, though I understand the local NIMBYs are super pissy these days. Sonoma is another possibility.
