I agree with most of what you said, but I think Asia is genuinely a caring person.

Awww, I think Kalorie’s cute.
Yeah, I got yurei from Yahua’s look.
I have no doubt the fans came for Phi Phi super hard because the Internet (Twitter especially) lives to make any fan base toxic.
Sorry, The Vixen or Tyra?
The shady editors were back with a vengeance, cutting to Kam after each queen didn’t pick her. It was so fucking uncomfortable.
The Vixen is a tough one. She definitely stands up to anyone who comes for her sisters (Blair, Asia.) And yeah, she didn’t make terrorist threats against the convention like Tyra, but Jesus that’s a low bar.
She and Kalorie had a nice back and forth in what was otherwise a mostly tense show.
Sorry buddy, I’m Eureka for the win, although now I’m torn because of what Monique said. We do need a queen with Asia’s viewpoint.
Yeah, nothing was her fault, no other opinion mattered. To say Monet talked shit about Cracker, clearly she didn’t watch the Untucked we did when Monet repeatedly told her Cracker did not “fake her way to Drag Race.” To Asia’s point, she’s a person who is in pain and needs empathy.
Life goal: to be the person Asia O’Hara is.
I just popped in to say I love Eureka. Continue the voting drama.
This isn’t as low as chasing Robin Williams’ daughter off of Twitter with gifs of her dad hanging himself after he committed suicide, but it’s a close second.
Also, this is the Internet using its powers for good. Something we do not see enough of.
I understand they are looking for well-rounded queens and trying to throw them off, but singing live and doing choreography while impersonating someone? That’s a lot. Even on All Stars, they lip synced. (I mean, that challenge was seriously stacked in some queens’ favor, so this one was still an improvement.)
I understood Cracker and if they didn’t get the vocoder bit, what the shit she didn’t write it. The judging has been all kinds of cray and random and unfair this season. Monique took the brunt of most of that. And I’ve never been a Michelle fan, but her critiques have been worse than usual.
Everybody gets wound up about Snatch Game being “the worst ever in season X”, but it has ALWAYS been very hit and miss. Consistently, a few queens kill it, a few are safe, and a few suck. If we’re lucky, the ones who suck are such a hot mess that they are still fun to watch (S4 bottom row, I’m looking at you.)
Your tone is very pointed right now.
There’s a time and place for that stuff, like in the All Stars finale when Morgan should have pointed out that Bebe was lying. I don’t find her motives as altruistic as you do.
I have a pair of asshole knees, so when Eureka broke down talking about her problems, I understood and empathized way too well. I pretty much love her now no matter what she does. But, yeah, this challenge immediately reminded me of the Eureka/Trinity team drama last season.
