I won't deny several RuPaul tunes have turned into earworms for me, but opening last season with a RuPaul song none of us had ever heard was a harbinger of mediocrity if ever there was one.

Laila out of drag! I wondered if anyone else noticed (well, Thorgy did.)

I agree, I like something about all of them right now (I haven't seen Untucked yet….fucking YouTube series…..) I am sketch on Acid Betty, and it appears later on that Bob and Derrick have some beef.

I don't mind that part of the formula. What I desperately wish they'd get rid of is the fucking "live" drama-free finale. It's tedious and as they queens are made to film multiple endings, there is visibly no thrill of victory/agony of defeat when the winner for that take is crowned.

Really? I thought Naysha was kind of sweet, and it made me a little sad when she cried at being eliminated.

Indeed. I still liked S7, but it was by no means a legendary season.

Yeah, I call bullshit. They sound desperate to rehab their image/convince themselves that they aren't really these vapid, expired narcissist punchlines . But, good luck and all.

Or just come over when I'm doing a load of whites.

That was when I bailed too. See also, people who need to tell others how intelligent they are upfront. They're almost definitely stupid.

A few years ago, I had jury duty. The IQ of the average voter is already terrifying.

Peppermint mocha is the reason for the season.

It was legit clever and funny at parts, but it made me cry uncontrollably at others. I really liked it, although I can understand if my review doesn't make it sound appealing. My fave Amazon pilot since Transparent and Mozart in the Jungle (and The New Yorker, which maybe doesn't count.)

Young Adult was great. And ballsy vis a vis the main character's redemptive arc.

The “you will get raped and rufied” comments (none of which is in her account) make me skeptical, although perhaps she was just incensed and got carried away. This is a good reminder for when these social justice media bombs go off, there are real people on the other end. It’s not cool what happened to her, but it

Actually, lots of stuff is only on Hulu these days, whereas there is lots of crossover between Netflix and Amazon Prime offerings. They just made a deal with Cartoon network, so I’ve been mainlining some serious Adult Swim. Plus some of their original series are good. Their streaming player is some buffering shite

Not that I agree with her stance regardless, but you know what would have been courageous? Quitting her job. She makes $80,000 a year, and that is some motherfucking scratch in Rowan County, Kentucky. I’m happy that the Vatican is tapdancing backwards on this one and who know if Miss Jesus-serving civil servant is

Goddamnn it! Europe is cooler than us again!

Michelle is missing from the first two seasons. That isn't a point against those seasons though, in my book.

S1 is hard to come by these days, legally at least. Problems with the music rights, apparently.
