I was in the same boat, and ended up moving my maiden name “inward” and having two middle names. Still get to keep all of my names, and I have the same last name as my husband and kids so we are obviously a unit. Still BS that I had to figure it all out and nothing changed for him, but it's worked so far.

It did me good to read all these accounts. I lost my dad in September and am having a hard week...i’m sorry to see so many struggling but I’m glad to know I’m not alone/crazy.
