Thank you.
Thank you.
You are so right. Just to the left we have the "people only hate Twilight cause a girl wrote it" article. I'm wondering if Poe's Law is active.
Out of interest, how many anime have you actually watched?
Not only did they choose Liquid Television over Looneey Tunes, but also over Legend of Korra, and then proceeded to butcher the latter in its description by making it sound like Buffy the Vampire Slayer animated. Sigh.
Very good but there's only so much you can tell in such a short space of time.
Because critics are egotists, and like to believe their job is the most important in the world?
Sigh, double post, sorry.
It not that they're bad, but there are so many good contenders for A (Avatar, Animaniacs,) and B (BTAS did not even get an honorable mention) .
Legend of Korra was actually a runner-up for L. Why it didn't get in, I have no idea, but it may be due to Sava making it sound like an obnoxious hyper-feminist piece of claptrap rather than an excellent animated action drama.
Must be pretty indicisive dead people.
Not anyone can be an author, (though a good author can come from anywhere) but basically anyone can write a story that satisfies that checklist of dystopian YA novel cliches.
Agree with everything except par for the course for the AV club. The fact that they are capable of writing good articles only makes the lazy ones like these more annoying.
But a lot of the conflicts building up in season 1 - like how Superboy and Megan's relationship was never going to be entirely healthy - have all of the drama off-screen. Season 2 torpedoes some of the good character development from the first season.
Not true. See Task Force X.
If it was all about the quality of the actual drawings this list would look a lot different.
I got the release order mixed up didn't I…
Fair enough. I guess that's the problem with A-Z lists.
Extraneous *you* removed.
I agree with this comment almost entirely.
There are at least five contenders for A.
