I was waiting for that comment! I'm a bit surprised it isn't a live axle, honestly, I being a bit simpler of a design. My totally uneducated guess is it uses many if the same front end parts as their pickups, cutting down production costs.

Brad, great photos. I really appreciate the lack of cheesy filters and effects. The old photojournalist in me starts screaming when I see boring photos attempted to be made interesting with excessive post-processing. Yours are well composed, well panned, and well exposed.

I always liked the p38, as well. Last gen with solid front axles. Or any solid axles for that matter. Not the most reliable of beasts, though.

Was this all in one region? Obviously those sort of things happen, but this sounds like poor venue choice and/or poor course design.
