Personally I don’t think its timing I think its a mater of differentiating the films more actively. One of the reasons the MCU works is its a franchise of franchises - with different tones existing at the same time. Like Black Panther being effectively a Shakespearean tragedy, Spider-Man: Homecoming being a 1980's

Oh.
My.
God.
That Mollymauk just blew my mind.

The really sad thing is that this has a huge impact on the career of a fantastic artist trying to break through. I encourage everyone to take a look at Aud’s work:

All that stuff isnt in the US because our infrastructure is pretty terrible. We have small pockets of amazing internet, where people can take advantage of all that, and then extremely broad swaths of “lol nope” where it wouldnt be viable. Those pockets probably arent big enough to support the business, and the

Someone already posted Steven Universe, which has the consistently best musical numbers on TV, but second place in that category has to go to Those Damn Ponies. The modern MLP tends to do about five or six musical numbers per season, and it’s produced a lot of gems, with a surprising mix of genres represented:

The Futurama pick is “Whalers of the Moon” instead of “Robot Hell”?? How does that happen??

Animaniacs was a treasure trove of songs.

No, no, not only you. Would be cool if it was actually Rune Factory. You get some nice, normal seeds that you can breed and then sometimes you find questionable seeds in dungeons and suddenly... you’re growing man-eating plants on your farm and the pollen gets out of control and now you’re overrun with killer apples

The names are not the worst part, it’s how many models they have. 2 is ok but 3 seems to make it confusing and annoying. They should differentiate their compact phone and large fullscreens phones more

And the Squatty Potty has sold billions. What’s your point?

I won’t put hours into an piece of entertainment that isn’t working for me. If it cost me money, so be it. I get paid every two weeks. I never get my time back.

Almost everyone has more money than time. Pouring hours into a game that you purchased, only to subsequently discover you don’t care for, is self-defeating in the extreme.

For fuck’s sake...whether their population can support it or not currently is completely irrelevant. You’re not eating it, leave it the fuck alone. Trophy hunting, in general, needs to be done away with, and that includes bobcats.

I want to be excited, but Disenchanted was such a disappointment that I don’t expect great show creators to make anything decent when they’re given so much creative freedom.

Part of what Ario is exploring in this piece is why this happens in these games—the extent to which it is elements of the community, the content of the games, the culture of game difficulty, etc. Plenty of possible factors. As Ario also points out, most of the messages in the games aren’t like this.

I’m not sure you understand how generations work.

passed away genitally.” That is comic gold.

Maybe it helped a little, but I doubt it had a major impact. Look at where superhero movies were headed in the early 2000s before the show even aired.

The X-Men and Spiderman movies were hits. Batman Begins dropped. The first wave of the MCU movies were in the pipe and about to come out.

Wizards of the Coast had picked

It’s the most popular show on television or some shit. Not watching it is not enough for it to leave me alone - since I’m a nerd, that means that every muggle in my orbit feels compelled to constantly bring it up in conversation. I know for a fact that this piece of shit show is shaping how other people view me as a

As someone who is also LGBT (though I, like you (it sounds like), am not trans and so won’t pretend I’m an authority on that experience), I think it’s fair to call out someone who makes a transphobic joke, even if it wasn’t made to, like, explicitly hurt someone. I’m very okay calling out people who use the word gay
