I’m still all about the physical media, because I like loaning out my games to friends as a way to make them fans of the games I like. “You need to play this game” is a lot more convincing if they don’t have to pay for it. XD

But will there be a pink Darth Vader??

The way Congress is currently, they’d sooner ban PUBG.

Sera was SO obnoxious. I did, however, like the banter between her and Lady Vivienne, because they hated each other So. Very. Much.

There WERE 6 new games. Not new as in previously-unannounced, but new as in not-port: Travis Strikes Again, Sushi Strikers, Dillon’s Dead Heat Breakers, WarioWare Gold, Mario Aces, Octopath Traveller. Plus the Splatoon expansion which is still not a port.

I don’t mind ports. Most of them I haven’t played, and I’d rather have them on the most-recent platforms than having to dust off generations-old consoles...

If it includes all the 3DS Smash stages and all the DLC, I’d be fine paying $60 for that.

Try Roll20.net? There are always groups looking for new players, and some of them are very open to having newbies in their parties.

It’s supposed to look like the 2020 logo, which kinda’ looks like a checkerboard ring.

Those bits definitely made me feel the most like I was a leader of a huge movement of people, moreso than wandering into the wilderness to manually harvest elfroot. (Leader of an army, but I still gotta clip my own plants because when I send out a cadre of soldiers, they come back with a fistful at best!)

They DID announce a Bayo 3 was in development.

Came here to say the same thing. XD

Charging $70 for a $60 game and $10 worth of cardboard. Doesn’t really seem -that- outlandish.

Don’t pretend like it’s only the former-jocks who are the bad apples in gaming. Nearly all of the harassment from gamers against women are of the “I used to be a nerd in school who couldn’t talk to girls and I resent that girls are in my hobbies” type, not former-jocks.

There are LOTS of toys that are “play with them for like a week and then get bored.” Probably two thirds of the toys I had as a kid I barely played with. That’s kinda’ the name of the game with kids and toys, so I don’t see why Labo should be that big a deal.

I mean, they’d HAVE to have another Dragon Age, considering Inquisition ended on basically a cliffhanger.

Well, the cardboard and a game cartridge that has all the minigames that go with the peripherals (fishing game, driving game, etc)

Right, but you just said you already own a Switch. So you’re already their customer without having been sold a console with specs equal to Sony/MS. How many people are actually hold-outs on not buying Switches just because the power’s not up to snuff with the others? And do they outnumber all the people who bought

Doesn’t really make sense though. If Nintendo had a system that was on par with PS4 and XBO, what would be the incentive for any Sony/MS faithfuls to jump ship? Just the exclusives? Sony’s got a lot of great exclusives, and I don’t think many Sony fans want to abandon their Last of Us’s and Gods of War for Mario and

That’s probably why they added Funky Kong as the easy mode.
