Thoroughly agree; the GMK Godzilla design is one of my very favourites, second only to the design in G v. KK (his design in that film has always been imbedded in my mind as the quintessential look for Godzilla, since it was the very first G film I ever saw way back in '62).

If you've ever seen it, the arms look a lot like those on the very first '54 Godzilla maquette (which bore an uncanny resemblance to a long-tailed, dorsal-finned giant chipmunk). Not saying that's a good thing, mind you, but there is a bit of history there.

My favourite of all the later sequels, except for G v. Biollante. Love the first 4 and those two the best. Have to agree with the haters on Final Wars; what a godawful, idiotic mess that was.
