I’m gonna go out on a limb and guess that some Splatoon streamer somewhere made a joke about toe-sucking, and now a bunch of tweens think it’s the funniest thing ever.

As an early reader myself, your story sounded familiar. I would certainly never dispute the idea that education can be joyful - you and I both know that it often is, for those who learn to love literature.

I generally agree. There’s something to be said for the Montessori system of self-guided education, which allows for different learning styles. Education is definitely not a place for “one size fits all” solutions.

Wow, that is just... wow. What a dated attitude.

I have a friend who was raised in mainland China, and we recently went to an escape room together. Our team would have failed if not for this one girl, who solved literally every math problem we encountered in almost no time at all. After we succeeded, my friends and I showered her in praise, to which she replied,

Someone asked me to kill myself on this very website for daring to voice discontent with the selection of Switch games on offer. This isn’t an Overwatch problem, it’s a human problem.

Meanwhile, in Dragon Age: Origins...

I’m assuming that including a full range of dynamic, player-driven arm motions would have required Bethesda to upgrade their engine, and they can’t do that without cutting through all the load-bearing duct tape and band-aids.

Two questions. What is a stun ring, and can I put my penis in it?

There are some really great famous DF bugs. They won’t be news to many of the readers here but they still bear repeating:

As a Pole, I know what you’re talking about. We got Jadwiga, who is basically famous for marrying a Lithuanian prince.

I don’t do any mobile gaming, and so I don’t know much about the community (such as it is). However, having read the article, I don’t feel like Google Play collected or provided enough data to draw useful conclusions. They say they collected data from 3300 gamers between the ages of 10 and 65, but I’d like to see how

I still have a Bloodwars deck in my bedroom drawer. I adore it, but have never, ever played the game, and at this point I probably never will. That kind of bums me out.

And don’t you worry about digital storefronts, parents. Access to these games will be restricted by the same mechanism that has successfully kept teenagers from accessing porn since the dawn of the internet age.

I have a sneaking suspicion that the OP might be under 21. :P

Makes sense. They let everybody Yeltsin, why not Russia too?

Can’t say I’m surprised. People play video games in Russia too, and if you exclude the country from the game, those gamers will hardly be incentivized to buy it. It’s easier to just leave it in and let those fans have their wish fulfillment simulator, just like the rest of us.

Catching fire pokemon would suck.

Another genuine question: When you’re speedrunning a Switch game, how is a bathroom break even a problem? Go handheld, mute your mic, and go to town on that toilet.

I think it’s genius.
