It’s a bold strategy. Let’s see if it works out.

It’s her performance at the hearings that make it clear how little she cares about normal people. She doesn’t even bother trying to answer questions. She repeats canned phrases with an increasing shit-eating grin on her face. It’s an “I know I’m full of shit, you know I’m full of shit, but I’m going to do what I want…
I saw that too. I bet she’s unironically used the term “noblesse oblige” in her life.
She doesn’t care what any of us think. We are the peasants; she is the gentry. She, more than any other member of the Trump administration (saying a lot), is determined to establish an honest to god official aristocracy in the US.
Here’s my take on baseball: I like watching baseball games.
This kind of reality is probably what makes puberty such a nightmare for a lot of people. The hormones are obviously raging, but the cruelty that often accompanies it from outside oneself is also fucking horrible.
That’s what I also think. That’s why I’m glad the school is taking it seriously in this case. I would bet that this is probably happening in some form at many (if not most) high schools. I’d hope that this can be an example for when this issue arises in other schools.
I probably spent more than I should have on a ring for my fiancee, but I got it paid off and she really likes it, so all’s well that ends well (at least for me).
To my shame, my friends and I did something similar to this in middle school (early 00's). A few years into high school, one of the girls told me that she knew about it and that it hurt her deeply. I remember feeling just absolutely awful about it (surely not as bad as it probably made her feel as a 13-14 year old…
This will make it hard for right wing websites to sell that she’s literally dying like they did when Hillary was campaigning with pneumonia.
Our language at times seems to be an indicator of our political split, which is interesting. Guys like this have a lot in common with posters on pages like Breitbart. It almost has a fever dream quality to it, like a lot of those commenters do. I wouldn’t call most of them illiterate (it might be fair to; I continue…
As a freshman in college, I found my roommate’s journal. In it, he wrote about fantasies where he murdered me and a bunch of people on our floor while he was on acid. That was nice.
Not ideal!
This is the best take. I literally have no idea what that guy’s messages are saying. They’re straight word vomit.
I commented on this one randomly, but I was referring to the scourge Baracka and the dude on the other thread with the lame “but he climbed on the counter to talk!” comment.
I see you’re in here trying to reason with the lunatics again. God speed, my friend.
Yeah. It’s a similar case to when the other side of the political aisle talks about immigrants “taking” citizens’ jobs. A 1-for-1 relationship in the number of jobs available in the country doesn’t exist either, but the argument just takes off because it seems like it makes sense, but if you use more than half a brain…
He’ll stall, reject it, then throw a shit load of money at a bunch of lawyers to wear the legal system down. They’ll drop the charges eventually and he’ll proclaim his innocence.
We live in a world where Harden puts up 36 a game, but it’s actually pretty rare to string together too many consecutive 20 point games as well. Not as many of those streaks get to the 10-15 game mark as you think. It’d be hard for any player to get through the 20's in that scenario.
I think the point is that she didn’t seek fame and probably would prefer not to have it considering what she’s gone through. She doesn’t have a choice in the matter.
