auto-builder is gone because builders no longer “queue” up constructions over multiple turns. They have a limited count of instant builds and then they are gone. Its also why they take way fewer turns to make now.

Yeah, the Panama Canal in my game was built by the AI, and is decidedly less impressive:
Like with most 4x / Grand strategy games you kind of have to keep playing them to get understand them. Reading up on them is hard to understand unless you know the mechanics involved with the game. The best thing I would say is to watch some beginner vids about it and lower the difficulty.
oh man i didn’t even see the 90's in the title for some reason. my bad. Just saw the headline at work and got excited about KOTOR. haha,.
Europe has stricter labor laws when it comes to laying off employees. But it’s a trade off, employees get more security but companies only hire when they absolutely have to. That part hits young people really hard.
This is one of the best articles I’ve ever read on this site. The juxtaposition between Kotick’s words to the board of investors and what happened to many staff members yesterday, is powerful poignant shit.
In this case I think the CEO should have a more detailed explanation as to why these layoffs have to happen.
I worked at Blizzard during the 2012 redundancies. It was a vastly different situation though, Blizzard was massively over-staffed in regards to the Customer Support side (GM’s and such) we were literally sitting waiting for tickets to come in. Mike Morhaime didn’t want to get rid of anybody, he’d rather be…
People with car insurance also get into crashes, but that’s kind of why you wanted the insurance in the first place. Unions are the same.
Super depressing but once again Jason, fantastic article with lots of great information presented in an easy to read article.
Last year, Gizmodo Media Group editorial had layoffs. But because we’re unionized, we were able to get a seat at the table to ensure that we were all kept informed, and we convinced our parent company Univision to instead offer buyouts, allowing those who wanted to leave the company to leave by choice (with 4 months…
Kotor wasn’t released until 2003....
That’s why I’m liking Terry Crews more and more all the time.
So Rock beats Paper? Hat can't be right.
Maybe take down your own article then AVC
Hahaha I totally fell for it! If Daily Star has hard evidence they can fire away, otherwise I will take his word for it, it did just seem like something people say today when they’re planning to run for office. I = sucka
“Meanwhile, The Daily Star’s story continues to be up on the paper’s site; the organization has been sued for (and settled over) libel charges a number of times over the years, but it’s still baffling that they thought they could get away with allegedly straight-up inventing an interview with one of Earth’s most…
This is good to here. Like I said on the other posting. I don’t like the Rocks politics but I always heard he was a pretty stand up guy otherwise. Glad to here this was bullshit.
Good for them both. Would that we all could be in a position to do that sorta thing for people.
Wasn’t there something with Paul Walker too? Like his girlfriend at the time of his death was much younger and he’d started dating her when she was a teen and he was grown?
