It think you’ve misread the statistic. The mortality rate for the flu is typically 0.1%. 2% is 2o times 0.1% The mortality rate in the US this year 0.05%. If it were 5% the regular flu would make the Spanish Flu Pandemic of 1918 seem like a picnic with bad potato salad.

You can stop thanking Riccitiello for that. Catalyst came out 3 1/2 years after he left the final(hopefully!) time. If a game or developer does not align with your politics and you feel strongly about it, then don’t buy the game. By all means, take a stand. The lead dev has stated several times that he wasn’t quoted. An old member of the dev team said this and no longer works for them after sharing their own views. It’s crazy how much this one article gets shared without looking into things.
