I’m afraid it won’t be enough.
After trying out the public beta I just feel like the need to go back to the drawing board.
The survival elements were poorly implemented, the weapon upgrade system would need to be nuked completely, and the AI would need a major rework, which is highly unlikely.

Aesthetically, Diablo 3 was nice. However, I appreciate moving back to the grim, “Hell”-ish feeling of Diablo 2. I feel like based on the early gameplay, it strikes a nice balance.

They added a TON OF NEW STUFF

The game was only $40 at launch and added so much content that one could argue it’s given out the equivalent of multiple expansions worth of content already.  I’m not going to pitch a fit if they go after another $40.

I’ve seldom (never?) seen such unanimous reviews among the French specialized press/websites, with reviews ranging from 8/10 to 98/100, with a collection of 19/20... Even the site that’s considered the harshest here goes with a 9/10 (and no, since their launch in 2000, no game has…

So how much are you missing out on if you’re not connected to other players? Would the game be significantly harder or more tedious? I want to play but PS+ has never been worth the investment for me
