Ok.......*sigh*

Look, I get people being disappointed. I can even understand, to a certain extent, people being angry. No one was expecting, nor did anyone ask for, a Diablo mobile game. I think Blizzard is at times a little full of itself...high on their own supply, if you will. I don’t think they’re “out of touch”,

It’s astounding to me how these nerds are screaming themselves into rage-comas because a phone toy isn’t directly marketed to them.

Holy shit, Gamers are trash.  Just don’t play it if you’re that mad.  Christ...

Nor should they expect it. I agree it’s a bad idea and not what i want. What will i do with this turn of events? Not play it and maybe check out Path of Exile. This Gamers Rise Up bullshit is just embarrassing. They don’t care how angry you rage on reddit. They care if they don’t make money on it. No amount of reddit

Remember, it’s ok to make a movie that you and friends like and want to market to a certain demographic. It’s only a problem when they and the demographic look white.

I honestly read this expecting to read that they were crazy venomous or something.  But nope.  I hate using the term, but this is definitely click-bait.

I have heard that they’ll beak the bejesus out of any English-speaker who earnestly says “octopodes”.

These are of course the reaction of a journalist; not of a blogger.

Libby, you do a great job

Barack Obama: got himself elected President. TWICE.

Woman gets called out. Can’t defend her position. Play gender card! You’d do well over at the Root.

The day when Splinter understands more about the world of politics than Obama will be the day Trump is chosen as DSA president.

I mean, it’s usually a good internet comment section finishing move, to call someone a racist or sexist. You just have to have some kind of realistic basis to ground it in before it can take hold or, as Libby did here, it backfires and you expose yourself as every bit the jackass you’ve been accused of being.

Please point out the sexist part of the comment.

You just made things so much worse.

Nope, sorry, not sexist.  And I’d be the first to call it that if it was.

I wish I could give you a bunch of stars because your original comment is utterly and completely gender neutral. Hopefully one day she will learn that pulling out the sexist card in such a manner is very harmful.

Ageist? Maybe, though an understandable mistake based on your childish blog posts. Sexist? That’s you projecting. Journalist? Not even close.

Acting like a child isn’t a gendered quality. Nice try, child.

Playing the sexism card toward a comment about your naivete only drives home the point that you’re a naive child.

Libby, young children of both sexes are wet behind the ears. You’re whipping the sexist card prematurely and losing all credibility in the process.
