Loeb is supernatural and always has been. It doesn’t even seem to matter what car he drives. It makes me wonder what he was like as a gymnast in the early days, as that typically also requires precision and very quick moves.

I’ve been following the thread and while I agree about 90% with you overall, apologies on kinja commenting threads are too few and far in between, and I starred you just for remaining civil.
If that car were a cheap microtransaction in Fallout 76 I would seriously consider getting it.
Did you eventually manage to locate a SS for the client that would do a PPI? I am hoping this story had a happy ending for all parties involved.
Well, we’ll know what happened if the secondary title of the game winds up being “Ambitious but Rubbish.”
All the potential bugs from an MMO tied in with all the bugs from an open world Fallout game system? As Jeremy Clarkson might say, “How hard could it be?”
I’ve kind of just had a Gold account since the classic xbox days... so I didn’t realize they changed it to just Free. That’s good to know, thanks.
So, just to clarify, if you downgrade from Gold to Silver then you lose license for access to these games?
Like most other things in a group, if you don’t have a friend you’d be afraid to drive with, it’s probably you.
I speed. I’m actually fairly decent at car control and try to limit anything energetic I do to very small squirts of energy (like passing on the left) but I do speed - about 5 above flow of traffic which is already above the limit, of course. But I don’t tailgate, I don’t cut people off, I use my indicator, I don’t…
I should really visit Canada at some point.
In other news, the Nissan Meh drives about as well as it sells, pretty much exactly in 4th place.
Jason, is there any indication or information about HOW these games are picked for classic consoles like this? Do they just go off aggregate sales numbers?
You know that, and I know that... but this guy didn’t.
LS2 for six grand? Sure, why not.
The context you may not be knowing here is that this takes place in the past. Wikipedia acknowledges that manual transmissions can be called standard transmissions, regardless of a car’s standard feature set. That is just what they used to be called. I wouldn’t use that term anymore, though, it clearly would just…
Interesting. I’ve never heard that standard means automatic from anyone I grew up with - not saying that automatic isn’t the standard option inside cars - just saying that the term never came up that way for me.
