Or people who consistently get extremely good interest rates, can afford to pay off the car in much shorter terms, purchase cars that have slow depreciation curves, and have plans to invest the money with a greater return elsewhere?

Combined with no penalty early repayment, a good interest rate means all you’re really doing is giving yourself wiggle room in case something happens.

I wouldn’t mind so much if they were actually connected to the exhaust, considering there’s very little to the layman’s eye to distinguish between the F and the 250/350 variants from the same generation. But yeah, they’re particularly tasteless.
