Yes, probably it stopped with this feature after the 4th generation, when i referred to http://www.ebookreadervs.com/en/audio-book-… , it seems only 4 models of kindle consists of this feature. For the new ones they have come up with compatible audio adapter. But don’t know how clear the plugin would be.
