The whole combat system was poorly explained, and really needed it to be there. It’s a lot more than Hold Dodge or Attack but you had to experiment with the controls to figure it out, which I enjoyed doing but some gamers like things explained to them so I can understand the frustration.

It’s worth noting that the demo has extra moves that simply aren’t explained. The Airstep sword has utility dashes that can be used to dodge for significantly less MP than holding down the designated Dodge button.

I had no problems with the combat system. I actually enjoyed it once I figured out a few things here and there, like a directional Dashes attached to the Airstep sword. But the problem was you had to Figure it out, instead of the Demo telling you how to perform it.

I disagree. The combat system is more than Defend/Attack, but the demo does little to explain itself and how it works. The Attack Button has varying other attacks with different weapons, such as a Back Jump on the Airstep Sword and a Left/Right evasion as opposed to the singular and MP hungry Dodge button.

I had a similar feeling when I first loaded up the demo. Child Noctus just feels out of place, even with the more child like environment. But considering they threw this Demo together, probably last minute, and Child Noctus was not meant to be a playable character I’m giving them a pass on him and his animations.

Nevermind then, sounds really painfully dull. I'll stick to Customer Service Representation, depending on the industry it can be very fast paced...although I'm more like a Supervisor who gets paid a CSR wage.

What kind of job do you have and....where can I find one like that? I do nothing but constantly interact with people and computer systems all day...

What’s funny here is I’m rewatching Fullmetal Alchemist:Brotherhood, because having the 4 characters of XV being called the Brotherhood made me want to watch it again....is it a sign?

Well that’s interesting. Although, I don’t understand the view that Watching something could be considered work? Shows and movies are “Linear Media” and requires no interaction except to press play. These will also be released Prior to the games release, so by the time the game comes out you could have very easily sat

Then you are in luck! Because your Airship/Car is equipped with a Radio. Why is that important you might ask?

I think people need to have a realistic expectation of the game. Will this be the game to end all games? Will we be left in a trance that will allow us to continue on with normal life as any other game will be unable to encompass the transcendent magnitudes of FFXV? I’m going with a no.

I’ll admit I’ve never understood the “Completionists Nature”. So, I do honestly have a hard time sympathizing with your personal limitations. I would however like to understand what it is about this Complitionist nature that makes you feel this way? Since there isn’t a Trophy or other in game record keeping for these

I honestly feel the complete opposite with the HW patches. Probably because just like ARR, most of the Endgame “Content” relies on rehashing/reusing pre-existing content to fill the gap.
